Software Developer (Senior Level)

CGI is actively seeking a senior Momentum Developer to lead the design, development, enhancement, and O&M support for our Momentum ERP suite and related third party applications for a U.S. Federal client. As a Senior Momentum Developer, you will architect, develop, test, and deploy Momentum applications, build complex custom modules, and integrate Momentum with other systems. You will be a technical leader on a high performing Agile team, mentoring other developers and ensuring solutions align with the overall application architecture., Lead the design, development, and maintenance of new and existing Momentum ERP applications and custom modules. . Troubleshoot complex software defects, enhance existing applications, and architect new solutions using Java, C++, and modern web technologies. . Design and develop front end interfaces using Angular and establish front end best practices. . Architect and implement integrations between Momentum and other systems via APIs and services (SOAP/REST). . Provide technical leadership on frameworks and libraries to deliver solutions consistent with the overall application landscape. . Define and review unit and user validation scripts for the ERP products used by the client. . Drive the full SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, and support. . Mentor junior and mid level developers and perform code reviews to ensure quality and consistency. . Collaborate with business analysts, SMEs, and end users in a cross functional Agile team.

In depth knowledge of Momentum Financials/Acquisitions. . 8+ years of relevant application development experience, including a technical leadership or lead developer role. . Academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar major with extensive technical content. . Expert hands on development experience with Java, C++, SQL, and Python. . Extensive experience developing front end applications with Angular. . Proficiency with modern IDEs, including Visual Studio and Eclipse.

Desired qualifications/non essential skills required: . Proven experience designing application architecture and integration solutions. . Experience mentoring developers and leading technical delivery within an Agile team. . Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. . Ability to communicate effectively with non technical staff and interdisciplinary teams, and to prioritize and execute in a high pressure environment., * C++

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 $194,000.00.
