Job description

As a GIS Integration Lead (SAP / OverIT), Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will focus on utilizing Esri’s software suite, such as ArcGIS, to manage and visualize geographic data, contributing to fields like urban planning and environmental management.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and stakeholders, while upholding professional and technical standards., * Leading the integration of Geographic Information System (GIS) applications with SAP and OverIT platforms to enhance client operations

  • Managing and guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of GIS projects, confirming alignment with client objectives
  • Utilizing Esri Mapping Software to analyze, manage, and visualize geographic data for diverse fields such as urban planning and environmental management
  • Developing and implementing GIS architecture solutions to optimize data utilization and improve operational efficiency
  • Providing coaching and feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored GIS solutions
  • Overseeing the conversion and integration of GIS data to support seamless application functionality
  • Encouraging intellectual curiosity and learning agility within the team to drive innovation and service excellence
  • Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders, promoting a collaborative work environment
  • Upholding professional and technical standards, reinforcing the firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements

Requirements

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Preference for a Master’s of Business Administration or PHD degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Geography, Geological Engineering, Geophysics, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Geographic Information System (GIS) Architecture
  • Utilizing Esri Mapping Software for advanced spatial analysis
  • Excelling in strategic questioning to drive project success
  • Leveraging analytical thinking to solve complex client challenges
  • Building strong relationships to enhance client engagement
  • Applying coaching and feedback to develop team capabilities

Benefits & conditions

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
