Job description
This role will lead the digital transformation of risk management and quality governance for the NSSL Program. You will provide critical support by transitioning the Program from subjective oversight to a highly accurate, quantitative governance model. You will integrate manufacturing and production readiness into a unified framework that connects high-level industry standards with day-to-day manufacturing execution. You will be essential to system certification by combining multi-disciplinary data-including part reviews, audits, tests, and anomaly reports-into a predictive risk model that identifies process issues before they lead to failure., The Enterprise Oversight Systems Architect is responsible for developing, implementing, and continually refining an advanced assessment methodology:
- Develop and implement Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms to transition from static risk models to dynamic, data-driven pattern recognition.
- Build and scale centralized data hubs to gather detailed findings and map them to measurable performance indicators acrossmanpower, methods, machinery, materials, management, and the environment.
- Create methods to assess process health, ensuring broad regulatory requirements are met through measurable operational performance, shifting away from reactive reporting.
- Establish rigorous protocols for assessing execution quality to ensure that high performance in one area cannot hide critical failures at the task level.
- Execute a composite risk model by quantifying performance-adjusted likelihood, consequence, volatility, and historical data to generate predictive risk scores.
- Data-Driven Weighting: Lead expert panels to deriveaccurate, evidence-based weights for various processes and operational characteristics.
- Utilize diagnostic matrices to categorize organizational health, providing leadership with actionable intervention strategies for at-risk processes.Perform statistical validation to ensure oversight metrics serve as leading indicators of success rather than lagging indicators of failure.
