Job description
The ProSolutions Mission Critical Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management of assigned Mega Projects and On-Site projects, ensuring operational and customer service excellence. This role acts as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and Facilities, supporting project launches, staff training, and stabilization of processes. The MCRM provides proactive support to mitigate customer impact and is empowered to redirect priorities to address critical branch or market issues as needed.
What you will do…
- Collaborate with Field Operations Team leadership to scope, plan, and execute launch and support plans for Mega Projects and On-Sites.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Operations, and Facilities to ensure successful project ramp-up and stabilization.
- Own the lifecycle of assigned projects, delivering operational and customer service excellence.
- Conduct regular project reviews, including monthly and quarterly deep dive visits.
- Perform on-site self-evaluations to identify root causes of issues and develop action plans.
- Address staffing, facility/yard, fleet quality, and customer support issues.
- Support Branch Manager, Shop Supervisor, and Sales Team to elevate performance and provide solutions.
- Directly support staff recruiting, onboarding, and coaching to supplement BM/AM/DMs.
- Conduct follow-up visits to ensure continuous improvement.
- Assist with fleet, service and maintenance, and sales support as needed.
- Lead planning and launch activities to deliver efficient, well-staffed, and well-trained On-Site operations.
- Conduct quarterly self-review audits with Branch Managers.
- At SVP discretion, provide immediate support to branches or markets in critical need status.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 5 years of equipment rental leadership experience
- Proficiency in operational systems and tools (Rental Man, FAST, Oracle, etc.)
Skills
- Strong ability to coordinate with DM/RVP, Mission Critical Team, and Field Ops Team.
- Demonstrated leadership in supporting branch operations and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
Benefits & conditions
Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000 base salary + bonus + vehicle
