Remote Jr. AI Software Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Engineer with experience to Artificial Intelligence technologies to join our growing technology team supporting AI initiatives within a clinical healthcare organization. This individual will work directly with the Lead Director and senior technical stakeholders to help design, develop, enhance, and support AI-driven solutions, with a particular focus on Salesforce AI capabilities and enterprise AI initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, Java, and SQL, along with hands-on experience developing, integrating, or supporting AI/ML solutions, automation tools, or data-driven applications. Responsibilities include software development, AI solution implementation, data integration, troubleshooting, testing, and ongoing platform support while collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow their technical skills, and receive mentorship from experienced leaders while contributing to innovative projects that improve clinical operations and outcomes.

1-3 years of software development experience or equivalent internship/project experience.

Proficiency in Python, Java, and SQL with the ability to develop and troubleshoot applications.

Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, generative AI, LLMs, or intelligent automation projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Excellent communication skills and a desire to work closely with leadership while receiving mentorship in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
