Software Engineer

The Software Development Engineer L3 contributes to the ScriptMed Cloud Platform within Inovalon’s Pharmacy Business Unit. This is a mid-level engineering role centered on C#, SQL, and scripting, with a focus on building scalable systems, supporting new customer onboarding, and identifying opportunities for automation. This person will partner closely with a stateside systems engineer, take ownership of projects, and serve as a liaison between business requirements and a distributed engineering team., * Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions within the ScriptMed Cloud Platform;

• Build, configure, and modify systems to support new customer onboarding and tenant creation, identifying and implementing automation opportunities for manual workflows;
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear, executable work for a distributed engineering team with no direct production access;
• Handle client data responsibly, maintaining compliance with data handling, security, and privacy standards;
• Collaborate with the stateside systems engineer and stakeholders to gather requirements, participate in design reviews, and deliver well-documented solutions;
• Bring new ideas and best practices to a growing team;
• Adhere to all confidentiality, HIPAA, regulatory, and other such policies, procedures, and requirements as outlined within Employer’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the scope of work;
• Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures, and mission statement, and fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that Inovalon may reasonably provide for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success;
