Job description
Insight Global is seeking a Director of Program Management to join a rapidly growing Data Center Solutions organization for a global manufacturing leader. This individual will oversee some of the company’s largest hyperscale customer accounts while leading a team of Program Managers and Program Specialists responsible for delivering complex, highly engineered solutions to market. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, customer management, manufacturing operations, engineering, and program execution. The ideal candidate is a highly visible, customer-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced growth environments and can successfully navigate large-scale customer relationships while leading high-performing teams. As one of the organization’s most strategic leadership hires, this individual will play a critical role in supporting continued expansion within the rapidly evolving data center infrastructure and liquid cooling market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO Leadership, Operations Leadership, or related functions.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience.
- Experience leading customer-facing teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing large, complex customer accounts within a highly engineered product environment.
- Background within a large public company or complex global organization.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience partnering with manufacturing operations and production facilities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Data Center Infrastructure experience.
- Data Center Cooling or Thermal Management experience.
- Electrical Infrastructure or Critical Power experience.
- Liquid Cooling, UPS, Electrical Distribution, Power Protection, or HVAC experience.
- Experience supporting hyperscale customers.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma exposure.
- Experience within aerospace, industrial automation, engineered systems, or build-to-order manufacturing environments.
