Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer in Marlow

A Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer with extensive experience writing efficient code in C/C++ for microcontrollers and processors will join a Global Technology Company, delivering innovative electronic equipment to the broadcast industry., You’ll take designs from concept through to production - bringing strong C/C++ programming to write efficient code; will undertake hardware-software integration and system optimization as well as debugging and troubleshooting.

Qualified to Degree level in a relevant Engineering discipline, the successful Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer will bring several years’ industrial design experience which should include Low-Level experience with Linux, Bare Metal coding and good knowledge of communication protocols., * Degree in Electronics, Software, Computer Science or similar discipline. \n

• Proficiency in C/C++ programming. \n

• Linux Operating Systems and Drivers. \n

• Bare Metal coding. \n

• Writing code for Microcontrollers and processors to control hardware. \n

• Good knowledge of communication protocols. \n

• Low level experience with RTOS. \n

Previous experience related to Broadcast or Pro AV products would be highly beneficial as would knowledge of audio and video protocols.
