Job description

  • Create clear, user-focused IT communications for system launches, updates, feature releases, and enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Develop communication strategies for critical IT incidents and urgent alerts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize IT communications and improve user engagement.
  • Provide UI/UX guidance for IT projects to enhance user experience.
  • Design graphics, HTML content, and internal web pages for IT services.
  • Write and publish knowledge base articles, support documentation, and SharePoint content.
  • Develop training materials and deliver user training for enterprise IT systems.
  • Draft executive-level communications aligned with leadership messaging.

Requirements

  • Strong technical writing and internal communications experience.
  • Experience with UI/UX principles, graphic design, and HTML.
  • SharePoint Online content management experience.
  • Ability to create user documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills., * IT Internal Communications: 3 years (Required)
  • Content management: 3 years (Required)
  • Campaign: 3 years (Required)
  • SharePoint: 2 years (Required)
  • Technical writing: 1 year (Preferred)
