Senior Product Specialist and Healthcare Technology Professional with 15+ years of experience delivering enterprise healthcare solutions across claims, membership, provider, enrollment, and EDI domains. Strong expertise in Facets, C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SQL Server, SSIS, and healthcare integration technologies. Extensive experience supporting mission-critical healthcare systems, Facets upgrades, production support, batch automation, custom application development, and HIPAA-compliant EDI processing. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, design scalable solutions, troubleshoot complex production issues, and drive successful project delivery for major healthcare organizations.
