Job description
- Vaughn Automotive Group, a leading automotive dealership group, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing valuable insights and making strategic decisions based on data for our organization. If you have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven problem solving, then we want you to be a part of our team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze various types of data from multiple sources within the organization.
- Develop and maintain data tools, dashboards, and reports to provide key insights to various stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer and sales data, identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide customized reports and analysis to support their operations.
- Proactively monitor and track data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and latest data analysis tools to continuously improve data analysis processes and techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Data Analyst, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex data and present it in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel, with a solid understanding of statistical analysis.
- Experience with CRM and DMS systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
