Security Operations Center (SOC) Security Operator

• Work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, maintaining focus and accountability at all times.
• Make timely, accurate decisions with significant impact on the company’s security posture and the perception of the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Corporate Security.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision while adhering to established procedures and protocols.
• Troubleshoot and restore systems to operational status as quickly as possible.
• Monitor and oversee security across multiple sites simultaneously, ensuring effective and seamless security operations.
• Execute server reboots and ensure timely restoration of system functions.
• Conduct routine audits of all sites, identifying and reporting issues that require attention.
• Serve as the first point of contact for alarm notifications, determining and implementing appropriate responses.
• Manage access control tasks, including badge creation, visitor/vendor registration, and deactivation of badges.
• Monitor employee travel activity via media sources and a travel & safety platform, providing security updates as needed.
• Assess and report on weather or man-made incidents that could affect local or traveling employees, ensuring timely communication of relevant information.
• Utilize a mass communication system to send notification skills when interacting with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, access control applications, mass communication systems and video surveillance systems.
• Being well versed in IT applications and adapting to new technologies as they become available.

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Security Operation Center (SOC) team as a Security Operator. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of multiple sites and employees through efficient monitoring, system troubleshooting and quick decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional communications skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure., * Must have FL Guard Card.

• Previous experience in security operations or related filed preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with security systems such as CCURE, Milestone, Everbridge, and International SOS is highly desirable.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
