Crypto Mining Ops (Mandarin speaker)

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Assigned shifts across Monday-Sunday based on operational needs; occasional overtime, required, Rionex is hiring a hands-on IT & Mining Operations Technician to support the daily operations and facility maintenance of our Bitcoin mining data centers in Texas. This is an on-site role that blends IT/ASIC miner troubleshooting with mechanical and physical facility upkeep., Language Requirement: Because this role requires direct daily coordination with our Mandarin-speaking management and operations teams, Mandarin Chinese fluency is strictly required. English proficiency is not required, provided candidates can fully understand and comply with all workplace safety instructions., Mining & IT Operations: Monitor, troubleshoot, install, and relocate ASIC miners (Antminer, WhatsMiner, etc.). Diagnose hardware, network, and connectivity issues. Maintain servers, switches, routers, and Ethernet cabling.

Facility & Power Upkeep: Inspect PDUs, power distribution, cables, and circuit breakers. Identify abnormal equipment conditions to prevent downtime.

Cooling & Mechanical Maintenance: Monitor and maintain industrial ventilation fans, cooling walls, water curtains, pumps, and circulation systems.

Site Management: Maintain accurate inventory records for miners and spare parts. Keep the facility organized and promptly report safety hazards or operational downtime.

Required:

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Rionex does not provide or assume employment visa sponsorship).

Comfortable working independently in an industrial/data center environment.

Physically able to safely lift and move 40-60 lbs.

Preferred:

Prior experience in IT, networking, Bitcoin mining, or commercial/electrical maintenance.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between company locations if needed.

Bonus Compensation for Maintenance Skills

Candidates who can independently diagnose, repair, and replace the following facility infrastructure will be considered for compensation above the standard starting range
