Senior Software Engineer (US)

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using the Java programming language, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards
• Design, develop, test and maintain a monitoring system to monitor the FlexiPro Saas service and its performance
• Analyze system requirements and determine hardware, software, and performance specifications to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and security policies
• Evaluate system architecture and collaborate with stakeholders-including business analysts, engineers, and project teams-to recommend and implement software modifications that enhance functionality, correct deficiencies, and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure
• Perform code reviews and quality assurance testing; revise existing software systems to improve operational efficiency, address technical issues, and maintain system stability
• Conduct capacity planning and risk assessments using data modeling and analytical methods to ensure system scalability, reliability, and long-term performance
• Coordinate software deployment processes, ensuring proper documentation, adherence to integration design protocols, and compliance with internal and client technical standards
• Develop and execute system validation and testing procedures for Java-based components; identify and remediate system errors and defects in accordance with structured test plans
• Troubleshoot complex software and integration issues by identifying root causes and delivering timely, effective solutions to maintain continuous system performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance personnel, project managers, and business users, to ensure timely and successful delivery of software projects
• Maintain compliance with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and security policies through continued professional development and adherence to best practices
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to remain current with Oracle technologies, integration frameworks, and enterprise application development trends
