Job description

IDR is seeking a PowerBI ETL Developer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will support a large-scale healthcare-related reporting initiative, helping modernize analytics by migrating dashboards from Tableau to Power BI. You’ll partner with technical and business stakeholders to build reliable ETL pipelines and deliver performant, secure reporting solutions., * Support a major reporting modernization project by migrating dashboards from Tableau to Power BI

  • Design, build, and enhance ETL processes to enable new Power BI reporting and analytics
  • Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports using best practices for performance and usability
  • Implement data modeling, security, and refresh strategies to ensure scalable reporting delivery

Requirements

  • Strong ETL development experience, preferably using Informatica (IICS preferred)
  • Advanced SQL development skills with PostgreSQL, including query optimization and performance tuning
  • Hands-on expertise with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, Dataflows, and Power BI Gateway
  • Proficiency in DAX, data modeling, Row-Level Security (RLS), performance optimization, and incremental refresh
  • Experience integrating data warehouses with reporting solutions, with a focus on automation and validation practices
