Job description

As a CBRE BSO Associate Director, BusinessProcess Transformation you will act as a strategic partner, supporting withhigh-impact AI transformation initiatives across accounting and finance. Driveoperational excellence, enhance transparency, with the goal to improve processperformance through hands-on project leadership and process innovation.

This job ispart of the Business Transformation Office, which serves as the central engine for change, assisting CBRE businesses inbuilding scalable operating models through automation,including agentic AI at scale and right sourcing including outsourcing and offshoring.

Please Note:

· This is a hybrid position.

· The minimum annual compensation for the Project Manager position is $1400,000, with a maximum of $158,000 annually.

· This position is eligible for performance bonus!

What You’ll Do

· Lead andactively contribute to the execution of AI transformation strategic projects,collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes andoutcomes.

· Develop andmaintain comprehensive project roadmaps and rollout plans; align withdepartment leadership on scope, timelines, and resource needs.

· Identify andbuild project resources to drive successful delivery of the project leveragingAgentic AI platform.

· Work closelywith process owners and project team to redesign the business processleveraging AI, align approach and principles for testing, validation andprocess release

· Champion newprocess rollouts by supporting user adoption, communication strategies, anddefining success metrics for initiative.

· Facilitatestakeholder engagement by preparing and delivering presentations, projectupdates, and hold process review workshops.

· Orchestrate thereview with internal or external partners of the new designed controls and workclosely with change management on AI literacy training.

· Participate andoversee the design of new process metrics and SLAs within the Agentic AIplatform.

· Oversee newprocess issue resolution during hyper care periods, ensuring timelycommunication and escalation to senior leadership as needed.

· Build andsustain strong relationships with internal clients, business units, andplatform teams to ensure alignment and transparency across initiatives.

· Responsible forsuccessfully completion of the project, project cost and savings realization.

Requirements

· Bachelor’sdegree (BA/BS) required; minimum of 5 years of experience in processimprovement, project support, or property accounting.

· Proven abilityto analyse, interpret, and document complex business processes and data flows;skilled in creating process maps, reports, and manuals.

· Deepunderstanding of financial principles and terminology; capable of developinginnovative solutions to complex business challenges.

· Strongproblem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliverresults in a matrixed, multi-industry environment.

· Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite; experience with AI tools and Power BI is highlydesirable.
