Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the architectural definition of agentic AI in FinOps, shaping multi-cloud automation and governance at scale. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate technical AI designs into tangible business value for global clients. You will drive policy-as-code, IaC guardrails, and reusable components that enable rapid FinOps automation across environments. You will also guide executives on the financial and operational impact of agentic AI-enabled FinOps programs. Compensation / Benefits * Define target architecture for agentic AI in FinOps and integration blueprints for MCP-enabled tools and enterprise systems * Establish reference model for policy-as-code and IaC guardrails to enforce FinOps standards * Stand up reusable agentic components and publish SDKs/templates for delivery squads * Lead squads to implement policy-as-code controls and IaC modules for optimization and forecasting * Operationalize Accenture Agentic AI standards, ensure compliant data sourcing and approved AI tooling * Embed security and access controls in agentic workflows and IaC aligned with cloud security * Define KPIs and telemetry and publish executive dashboards for leaders * Contribute to assets and sales pursuits; shape SOWs and architectures for agentic FinOps programs * Travel as required (0-100%) Tasks * Minimum 12 years in cloud/platform engineering, data/AI, or SRE * Minimum 5 years driving FinOps automation at scale * Minimum 4 years leading multi-workstream, multi-cloud programs at enterprise level * Minimum 1 year in Agentic AI frameworks, MCP integration, and Python/TypeScript/Go * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Data (or similar field) or equivalent work experience * (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) * Bonus points if holding FOCP or CSP certifications and IaC/policy-as-code proficiency Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life and long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
