Senior Software Engineer

End-to-end ownership of impactful projects, from understanding the problem and shaping the solution through delivery, rollout, measurement, and long-term operation. Strong experience with Java or Kotlin, Spring Boot, microservices, relational databases, and well-designed APIs; experience with Kafka, event-driven systems, or cloud infrastructure is valuable. Sound distributed-systems judgment across asynchronous processing, idempotency, data consistency, retries, reconciliation, security, scalability, and failure recovery. Commitment to maintainable, well-tested software, predictable delivery, effective observability, and thoughtful operational ownership. Clear and adaptable communication, translating complex technical concepts for different audiences and working across teams to reach practical, well-balanced solutions. Positive impact beyond individual delivery through mentoring, actionable feedback, technical reviews, reusable knowledge, and reduction of single-person dependencies.
