Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, project managers, and global delivery teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce applications. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud development, integrations, solution design, and client-facing communication. This is a hands-on Technical Lead role that will lead an overall delivery team but also develop solutions themself., * Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related platform capabilities to support business processes.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks.
  • Participate in solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and client discussions, providing recommendations aligned with Salesforce best practices.
  • Act as a primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and offshore development teams, ensuring clear requirements, timely delivery, and effective communication.
  • Create and manage deployment packages using Copado, Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, security guidelines, and quality best practices.
  • Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to deliver project milestones, facilitate knowledge transfer, and drive successful project execution.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release management, production deployments, and post-production support activities.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions to production and business-critical incidents.
  • Provide regular status updates, technical documentation, design artifacts, and project progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Support critical business operations and ensure platform stability across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for platform improvements, automation, and process optimization.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Apex Programming
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Aura Components
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Salesforce Flows & Process Automation
  • Visualforce
  • Salesforce APIs & Integrations
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and customization.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities/Portals).
  • Hands-on experience with Copado, Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD deployment processes.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP services.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
  • Experience with Marketing & Data Cloud ecosystems desired but not required

Soft Skills

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments across geographies in onshore/offshore model.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (required).
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification.
  • Experience in large enterprise Salesforce implementations.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and release management frameworks.
