Product Owner Lead

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, objectives, and roadmap.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on security risk, regulatory impact, customer value, and engineering capacity.
• Translate business, security, and technical needs into clear Features, Stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Information Security Engineering, Application Security, Technology, Architecture, and other business lines to execute product strategy.
• Guide delivery of the scanner, evaluation harness, CI/CD integrations, and reporting capabilities.
• Establish product success measures covering detection effectiveness, precision, recall, and operational reliability.
• Partner with engineering and security experts to define evaluation approaches, regression testing, and release criteria.
• Ensure changes to models, prompts, or detection logic are tested, documented, and governed.
• Prioritize technical debt, reliability improvements, defects, and security requirements.
• Provide transparency on roadmap priorities, delivery status, risks, and performance.
• Coordinate product integration with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and vulnerability management workflows.
• Maintain product documentation, operating procedures, and control evidence.

• 4+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, information security, or software development.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with Gen AI related development.
• Experience with Agile Product Ownership.
• Experience managing a technical product through its lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, maintain a roadmap, and manage a backlog.
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycles, Git-based development, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of application security concepts and vulnerability management workflows.
• General understanding of artificial intelligence and large language model concepts.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to various audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

• Product ownership experience for an application security or AI-enabled product.
• Familiarity with AWS, DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Github, CI/CD, Terraform).
• Experience with SAST, SCA, or vulnerability detection capabilities.
• Experience defining evaluation frameworks for AI-enabled systems.
• Experience implementing products within a regulated financial services environment.
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, or model governance requirements.
• Relevant certifications in product management, Agile, SAFe, cloud technology, or information security.
