Computer Technician and Logistics/Inventory

Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly processed daily.

• Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve their technical issues.

• Assist with computer networking tasks including setting up and troubleshooting TCP/IP connections.

• Install and configure our proprietary operating systems and software applications.

• Analyze and diagnose computer hardware and software problems to determine appropriate solutions.

• Provide IT support through various channels such as phone, email, or in-person.

• Utilize ticketing systems to track and document user requests and resolutions.

Must be able to pass the NCIC criminal background check

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.

• Experience in troubleshooting software applications.

• Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively assist users with their technical issues.

• Ability to analyze complex problems and provide appropriate solutions.

• Experience in shipping and receiving
