Job description

ElevateHive Brand Partners is looking for an IT Specialist to support and maintain our technology infrastructure at our Austin office. You will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day IT needs, ensuring our systems, hardware, and networks run smoothly and securely. This role suits someone methodical, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across a growing organisation., * Provide first- and second-line technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues

  • Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access across core systems
  • Monitor network performance and security, escalating issues as needed
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
  • Maintain documentation for IT procedures, assets, and configurations
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective
  • Assist with data backup, disaster recovery procedures, and general cybersecurity practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal systems and workflows

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role
  • Solid understanding of Windows and/or macOS environments, networking fundamentals, and common business software
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and IT asset management
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication with non-technical colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are a plus but not required
  • Must have the right to work in the United States
