Data Analyst

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Ability to work with large datasets and transform raw data into actionable insights
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis and reporting (preferred)
• Knowledge of data platforms such as Databricks (a plus)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communicator, capable of explaining complex insights clearly to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with operational, logistics, or fleet-related data
• Skills in automating reports and reducing manual efforts
• Knowledge of KPIs related to fleet performance and operational metrics

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant analytical or technical disciplines
• 3 or more years of analytical experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally involving logistics or fleet data

• At least 3 days in-office per week in Foster City, CA
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen upon offer
