Mainframe Developer

Experience: 12 15 Years Required Qualifications 12 15 years of overall IT/Mainframe development experience. Strong hands-on experience with: COBOL DB2 CICS JCL Extensive experience with FIS Core Banking Systems. Strong knowledge of FIS modules such as: IM AM SC Proven experience in troubleshooting, incident management, root-cause analysis, and problem resolution. Experience working within formal SDLC processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to quickly shift priorities based on business needs. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder-management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present technical findings and analyses in a clear and concise manner. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to lead or oversee technical teams during project lifecycles
