APP Spine

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic spine and musculoskeletal conditions
• Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory studies
• Assist with pre-operative and post-operative spine patient management as appropriate
• Coordinate conservative treatment plans, including medications, physical therapy, and referrals
• Participate in fluoroscopy-guided and ultrasound-guided procedural clinics
• Provide patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and recovery expectations
• Document encounters utilizing the electronic medical record

• Board-certified or board-eligible Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Previous orthopedic, spine, pain management, PM&R, or interventional pain experience preferred
• Comfortable managing spine and musculoskeletal conditions in an outpatient setting
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a patient-first approach
