Job description
As a Steampunk Salesforce Business/Functional Analyst, you will work with Technical/Solutions Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform. Develop, test, document and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation using Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such as triggers, workflows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, Visualforce pages and Lightning components. Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests. Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed., * Handle administrative functions in Salesforce applications including maintenance of user accounts, profiles, roles, security and data access, setting up workflows, sharing rules and permission sets.
- Administer standard and custom fields, map them out across integrations
- Analyze database issues and troubleshoot problems.
- Assist in training rollouts to new users, and grow the application knowledge.
- Envision, develop, and deploy tools to streamline processes to gain efficiencies and improve key metrics
- Support development through comprehensive testing
- Keep up-to-date on new Salesforce features and help determine if we should implement internally
Requirements
- Salesforce certified professional with a minimum of 2 year of Salesforce functional experience and 4 plus years of total work experience.
- Experience working with product owners to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce specific user stories.
- Experience delivering a Salesforce project using Agile – Scrum Master Certification Highly Desired.
- Experience leading grooming sessions, developing the product backlog, leading Sprint ceremonies, planning and conducting testing and other functional related activities.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree and four plus years of work experience.
- Ability to obtain a US government security clearance (DOD Tier 3 clearance preferred)

Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $150,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
