Job description
They are seeking Systems Analysts at multiple experience levels to support the implementation of enterprise software solutions. Candidates may come from backgrounds in software implementation consulting, business systems analysis, enterprise software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, GIS, or other complex business applications., As a Systems Analyst, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, configure software, troubleshoot challenges, and help guide successful software implementations.
Depending on your experience level, you may contribute to implementation projects, independently lead client engagements, or provide guidance and mentorship to other analysts.
What You’ll Do
- Lead or support software implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
- Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Configure enterprise software to meet client needs.
- Support data migrations, integrations, and system implementations.
- Write SQL queries to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data.
- Work closely with clients, project managers, developers, and product teams.
- Participate in system testing, deployment, and go-live support.
- Analyze business processes and recommend effective system solutions.
- Build strong client relationships through effective consulting and communication.
- At more senior levels, lead complex implementations and mentor other analysts.
Requirements
Candidates may be a strong fit with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Software implementation consulting, systems analysis, or business analysis.
- Enterprise software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, GIS, or similar business applications.
- SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Data migration, ETL, systems integration, or data validation.
- Requirements gathering and business process analysis.
- Software configuration and solution design.
- Client-facing consulting or implementation work.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Candidates are being considered across multiple experience levels. Final title and compensation will be based on experience, technical expertise, and demonstrated capabilities.
