The Data Center Logistics Senior Manager oversees logistics operations supporting the data center business, including distribution management, and process improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and compliant movement of critical data center equipment while leading a logistics team and coordinating closely with operations, integrators, transportation, and finance teams., Logistics & Transportation Management
- Oversee all aspects of data center logistics operations.
- Negotiate pricing and manage relationships with 3pl warehousing providers.
- Ensure warehousing activities comply with company logistics policies and operational standards.
- Oversee warehousing issue resolution and escalation management.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with data center operations teams to align on warehouse space and labor capacities, production schedules, delivery requirements, and timelines.
- Coordinate communication between logistics team members and broader data center business teams.
- Support customer and stakeholder meetings related to logistics planning and execution.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive process improvements to enhance warehousing performance, service levels, and cost efficiency.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
- 2+ years of experience in logistics operations
- 1+ year of experience in managing over-dimensional shipments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business
- Experience managing third-party logistics providers and contracts
- Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional coordination experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with SAP, and Microsoft Office applications.
- A self-starter who thrives in environments with ambiguity and rapid change
Benefits & conditions
Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually.
