Requirements

  • 3+ years working with workflow, BPM, or low-code platforms such as Appian, Pega, Nintex, Decisions, or Power Automate
  • Strong understanding of process automation, workflow design, and business rules
  • Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize platform performance

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience with the Decisions platform
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server and writing queries
  • Background in financial services, asset management, or similar environments
  • Exposure to system integrations such as APIs or Salesforce
