Full Stack Engineer

Our client is an AI company building intelligent software for the physical security market. Their technology brings together AI, automation, connected devices, and operational data to modernize how security teams monitor and manage complex environments. With strong momentum and a highly technical, early-stage team, they’re looking for engineers who want to operate with broad ownership, move quickly, and have a direct impact on both the product and underlying technology.

As an AI Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work closely with company leadership to develop and deploy intelligent software products that solve real-world problems for customers. You’ll have ownership across the product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and defining technical approaches to building, launching, and continuously improving production systems.

What You’ll Do

• Develop AI-powered product capabilities that bring together security teams, connected devices, and operational workflows within a single platform.
• Own projects end-to-end, translating customer needs and business requirements into scalable technical solutions and production-ready features.
• Contribute across the full technology stack, including backend systems, web applications, mobile functionality, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered services.
• Build and optimize systems for scalability, reliability, and performance as the platform expands to support more customers and use cases.
• Work directly with real-world product data and customer feedback to continuously improve workflows, application functionality, and AI capabilities.
• Help shape technical architecture, engineering practices, and development standards as the organization grows.
• Partner closely with leadership and other engineers to identify high-impact opportunities and rapidly turn ideas into shipped products.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience building and shipping software in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Strong engineering fundamentals across backend systems, frontend development, cloud infrastructure, and distributed applications.
• Practical experience with AI technologies, LLMs, AI-powered applications, or modern AI-assisted development tools.
• Product-minded approach with a strong interest in understanding users and building solutions around real customer problems.
• Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and take projects from an early concept through production.
• Comfortable working in an environment where priorities move quickly and engineers are expected to take significant ownership.
