Job description
The Enterprise Program Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading complex, cross functional programs and providing oversight across the EPT team portfolio. This role partners with executive leaders, business stakeholders, and project managers to ensure strategic initiatives are prioritized, governed, and delivered successfully.
The Enterprise Program Manager serves as the primary coordination point for enterprise initiatives, helping translate organizational priorities into executable programs, identify dependencies and risks, establish consistent project management practices, and provide leadership across the EPT portfolio.
This position does not require formal people management responsibility, but is expected to provide functional leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project managers and project teams., Duties include the following, but other duties may be assigned as required.
Enterprise Program Leadership
- Lead highly complex, strategic programs that span multiple functions, departments, or business areas.
- Partner closely with FP&A, Operational Analytics, Systems Integration, Salesforce, and DevOps stakeholders to coordinate scope, timelines, and dependencies.
- Translate strategic priorities into executable project plans with clear milestones, risks, and success metrics.
- Drive disciplined project governance, including status reporting, issue escalation, and executive-level communications.
- Coordinate multiple related projects and workstreams to ensure alignment with overall program objectives.
- Identify barriers to execution and facilitate timely decisions and resolution.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
Portfolio Management
- Support oversight and coordination of the EPT team portfolio.
- Partner with leadership to evaluate, prioritize, and sequence enterprise initiatives.
- Maintain visibility into portfolio status, resource demands, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.
- Identify cross project dependencies and potential conflicts before they affect delivery.
- Recommend adjustments to project sequencing, scope, resources, or timelines based on organizational priorities and capacity.
Functional Leadership
- Build effective relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
- Facilitate alignment among groups with differing priorities, perspectives, and objectives.
- Support organizational change by ensuring communication, stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption activities are incorporated into program planning.
- Maintain focus on business outcomes rather than project completion alone.
- Manage cross-functional resources without direct authority, ensuring accountability and outcomes.

- Demonstrated achievement of business outcomes and organizational value from enterprise initiatives.

Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in strategy, finance, operations, consulting, transformation, or PMO leadership
- Proven experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives
- Strong understanding of finance, operations, and systems implementation environments
- Ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Exposure to systems integration, analytics, automation, or AI initiatives

PMP, Agile, or similar certification
- Experience establishing or improving project management standards and governance.
- Experience mentoring or providing functional leadership to Project Managers.
- Experience supporting organizational change and business transformation initiatives.
