Senior Systems Engineer

The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for ensuring overall form, fit, and function of GNSS sensor solutions into internal and external customer products., Responsible for executing system engineering best practices. Define and maintain product level feature specifications, system layout, and documentation. Work closely with architectural team to ensure maximum component scalability and modularity. Understand intended product end user needs. Assist in defining product vision and roadmap. Translate stakeholder needs to product requirements. Define system level features and decompose those requirements into individual subsystem definitions and requirements. Work across multiple engineering disciplines and development teams to coordinate system definition, design, and integration. Responsible for individual product design alignment with multi-product architectural strategy. Ensure product aligns with applicable standards. Work with product verification and validation to ensure system and components perform as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Experienced engineer with 5+ years of career experience, with Bachelor’s degree. 3+ years experience with Master’s degree. 1+ years experience with PHD. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
