Job description

  • Understand business requirements and develop AI algorithms, models, and programs to solve complex problems, generate recommendations, extract patterns, make predictions, interpret sensor data and images, orchestrate automation, and enable self-service capabilities
  • Perform large-scale experimentation and develop data-driven applications that translate data into actionable intelligence
  • Drive innovative applications of Artificial Intelligence tools and techniques including deep learning, generative AI, natural language processing, image processing, cognitive automation, intelligent process automation, reinforcement learning, virtual assistants, and specialized programming
  • Research and optimize AI technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy of data analysis and create more efficient automation
  • Design, configure, and deploy custom AI conversational agents and Copilot experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Omnichannel for Customer Service
  • Leverage generative AI capabilities within Dynamics 365 to improve contact center efficiency, automated email drafting, and real-time agent assistance
  • Integrate D365 with Azure OpenAI, cognitive services, and external knowledge bases to power Copilot responses
  • Optimize Copilot performance through prompt engineering, topic configuration, and continuous monitoring of AI interactions
  • Perform form customization including adding Tabs, Sections, Sub-grids, Web Resources, iFrames, Navigation, Map Customization, and Ribbons Customization
  • Execute solutions and sitemap customizations
  • Develop in C#, JavaScript, and XRM model for JS including OData calls through JS
  • Perform plug-in development and custom workflow development
  • Develop CRM Portals and other custom portal development
  • Integrate with Azure services through Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Web APIs
  • Work with Power Apps Model-Driven Apps and Canvas apps
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure products meet technical and business objectives
  • Communicate effectively technical ideas, technical feedback, and collaborate with technical stakeholders
  • Participate in and support technical design and code reviews
  • Create, implement, and maintain technical documentation
  • Diagnose and triage technical errors, data issues, and performance challenges
  • Provide proactive feedback throughout the Agile journey, seeking continuous process improvement
  • Debug and maintain written code
  • Perform unit testing, QA, and technical documentation

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in relevant field at Senior Associate level, * Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • Microsoft Copilot Studio and generative AI capabilities
  • GitHub and Power Apps
  • Azure DevOps
  • Plug-In Development and Workflows
  • C# and JavaScript
  • Copilot/AI integrations
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Desire for continuous improvement

Nice-to-have / preferred skills

  • 5 years of experience in C#, JavaScript, and ASP.NET
  • 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • 5 years of experience with GitHub or git-based source control
  • 2 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) and integrating AI/Copilot capabilities within the D365 ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) in business applications
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, or Microsoft AI SDKs
