IT Support Specialist - (40 hours w/Benefits) -Hanford Branch

Are you an IT Superhero? Do you love coming to the rescue to help save the world one computer at a time? If you have a heart for serving others through IT support, this may be the position for you. Attention to detail, problem-solving, and accurate documentation are necessary to be successful in this position.

While coordinating with our IT company and other vendors, this position provides front-line system support to our offices. This requires occasional travel to our branches; thus, a valid CA driver’s license is required. This position is on-site and not remote.

Skills/Qualifications: Basic knowledge of command prompt, networks, configuring and troubleshooting; basic hardware installation and troubleshooting knowledge; knowledge of Active Directory, networking, and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment while supporting other departments as needed. Candidate must be detail-oriented, able to research solutions, communicate effectively orally and in written form, organized, and take direction from management.

A+ certification is a plus (but not required).
