Experteer Overview As a Senior Manager of Information Technology, you provide strategic leadership across designated IT domains to deliver scalable technology solutions and governance. You’ll shape enterprise IT strategy and standards, aligning with organizational objectives while driving innovation and cost efficiency. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards. This role offers visibility across the business, a focus on transformation, and the opportunity to mentor IT leaders who enable sustainable growth. Compensation / Benefits * Lead IT teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions * Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and governance frameworks * Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for assigned domains * Drive compliance with regulatory requirements (SOX, HIPAA, FERPA) * Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt ITIL, Agile, DevOps best practices * Foster stakeholder relationships and provide executive-level reporting * Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations * Drive automation, standardization, and process enhancements * Foster a collaborative, high-performance IT culture * Build strong cross-organizational relationships to maximize IT’s strategic impact * Establish and lead a high-performance team with training and career development * Recognize and reward employee contributions * Other duties as assigned Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field * Minimum of eight (8) years of IT leadership experience Key requirements * tuition waiver * competitive paid time off * retirement matching * paid parental leave * health, vision, and dental insurance * pet insurance
