Data Coordinator II - Data Coordinator, Gifts & Records (Office of Development)

Reporting to the Director of Gift Administration, the Data Coordinator will provide back-up support to the Data Managers, oversee aspects of the gift processing team, and assist with gift entry, gift acknowledgment, finance deposits and reconciliation, and perform other tasks as it relates to the database and the overall goal of the department.

This role operates within a hybrid work model, with on-site expectations established in alignment with departmental priorities and evolving organizational guidelines. Employees must reside within a commutable distance of the 42nd Street Midtown NYC office. The role may also require occasional evening or weekend hours.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an office or Master’s and 1 year experience. Preference is given to those with experience working as an administrative assistant in a development office or in nonprofit gift processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience working with a database, Raiser’s Edge experience preferred.

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $66,482.07 - $85,446.51 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need.
