Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, React, and AWS to support a large-scale modernization initiative within a leading Financial Services organization. This role will focus on designing and developing scalable enterprise applications, building cloud-native solutions, and supporting modern application architectures., * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript

• Build and enhance REST APIs and microservices-based solutions
• Develop and deploy applications within AWS cloud environments
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security
• Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and Agile development activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and database-related issues
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to development best practices

• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience building RESTful APIs and Microservices
• Strong React development experience

• Strong SQL and relational database experience
• Experience with source control and CI/CD practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, API Gateway, Aurora PostgreSQL, or Redshift
• Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT, or data warehousing concepts
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience supporting reporting or analytics platforms
• Experience within Financial Services or Insurance environments
