Learning Technology Manager

Experteer Overview As Learning Technology Manager, you will shape how learning is designed, delivered, and experienced by combining strategy, technology, and operations. You will steer the adoption of AI-enabled tools and scalable platforms to boost engagement and measurable impact. You will partner with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled learning solutions. You will lead innovation initiatives, guide best practices, and embed technology into curricula to drive performance and growth. Compensation / Benefits * Define and lead the learning technology strategy aligned with client goals * Promote adoption and optimization of new and existing learning technologies * Advise internal teams and clients on technology selection, implementation, and use * Identify and pilot AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies for learning design * Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Account Teams to embed technology into curricula * Create and maintain a Learning Technology Playbook and SOPs for governance and impact measurement * Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align projects and identify tech opportunities * Leverage data and insights to define success metrics and improve initiatives * Manage implementation and ensure seamless integration into training ecosystems * Provide vendor relationships and support for learning technologies * Deliver training materials and foster a culture of technology adoption * Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in L&D Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field * 2-3+ years of experience in learning technology or related discipline * Proven experience implementing or supporting learning technology initiatives in corporate or client-facing environments * Strong project management skills to lead technology projects from start to finish * Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work * Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills for informed decisions * Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms * Experience with instructional design methodologies and aligning technology with learning objectives * Proficiency in software development and project management tools * Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a dynamic environment * Keen interest in emerging technologies and their applications in learning Key requirements *
