Job description

The Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting Supply Chain and SIOP functions through data-driven insights, forecasting analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations., * Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to forecast accuracy, inventory levels, supplier performance, and production efficiency.

  • Strong Excel and data presentation skills required
  • Support SIOP planning activities with weekly and monthly reporting updates.
  • Analyze supply chain and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Operations, Planning, Purchasing, Finance, and Commercial teams to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain and improve databases, data models, and reporting tools.
  • Validate ERP data including BOMs, routings, and master data accuracy.
  • Support forecasting, inventory optimization, and production planning initiatives.
  • Track KPIs and operational metrics to support continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Supply chain planning?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent experience.

  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, or business data analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Power Query, and data analysis.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Microsoft Navision or similar.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and present actionable business insights.
  • Manufacturing experience is required, Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. The company does not offer visa sponsorship or transfer of visas for this position.
