Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Analyst with extensive experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting, and Oracle Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Oracle Fusion, specifically with BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI). This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with IT teams and manage automated reporting processes while ensuring data integrity and availability. Responsibilities

  • Support the People Analytics and HR Reporting teams by providing technical expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions using BI Publisher and OTBI.
  • Manage ETL processes and data integration tasks to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Conduct release testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist in defect resolution.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data availability and support data warehouse initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance recurring reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, providing insights on technical requirements and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Technical, specifically with BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI.
  • Strong background in Workforce Scheduling & Utilization Analytics, HR Reporting, and Workforce Scheduling & Utilization Analytics.
  • Experience with automated reporting delivery and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in ETL processes and Data Integration methodologies.
  • Experience in supporting release testing, UAT, and defect resolution.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with OFA HR Analytics.
  • Experience working with Data Warehouse support and BI administration.
  • Knowledge of sandbox data environments., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10 15 years of relevant experience in software development and analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
