Job description

Are you ready to leverage your expertise with Maven Smart Systems and the application of AI on complex projects in support of an exciting mission focused on the PACOM AOR? The ideal candidate will be a self-starter able to work across multiple staff offices to collect and fuse data, develop innovative solutions, and support on-going modernization efforts to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with client staff, managers, and senior leaders to strategically plan, develop, analyze, and represent information in support of mission objectives, while refining mission use cases and translating operational and intelligence requirements into MSS workspaces, dashboards, and decision-support views
  • Support the fielding, operational design, integration, and adoption of MSS across all enclaves, including guiding the transition of workflows and dashboards from legacy tools such as C2IE into MSS

  • Onboard, tag, and standardize disparate datasets from staff sections into MSS and related AI-enabled tools; verify data validity to ensure accurate analytic results

  • Configure and expand AI-enabled capabilities, including LLM-based chat assistants, automated workflows, analytic dashboards, and integrations with existing collaboration environments such as SharePoint and Microsoft products to support counter-drug and transnational crime missions
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation; gather feedback and recommend workflow improvements; coordinate with government and vendor technical experts to resolve data and integration issues
  • Ensure all products comply with DoD information security policies and Law Enforcement classification requirements

Requirements

  • 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree
  • Demonstrated experience integrating, configuring, or administering data platforms, dashboards, or analytic tools in a DoD or government environment
  • Experience onboarding, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources to support accurate analysis and reporting
  • Ability to gather requirements from operational users and translate them into technical workflows and data products
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools (e.g., large language model assistants or AI-supported analytics) and interest in applying them to operational problems
  • Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while responding promptly to requests for information
  • Adaptability in a dynamic work environment; ability to manage changing priorities effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop documentation and deliver training to non-technical users
  • Valid US Passport
  • Active DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility

Preferred Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Maven Smart Systems (MSS) or Palantir platforms (e.g., Foundry, Gaia)
  • Familiarity with Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE)
  • Experience supporting PACOM intelligence or operations
  • Previous experience supporting DoD, counter-drug, and law enforcement missions
  • Familiarity with scripting or data tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Typescript) for data preparation. Not required for this role

Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance prior to the start date.
