Principal Platform AI Engineering Lead

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the architecture and platform strategy for the Unified Actuarial Platform (UAP), overseeing enterprise-level technical direction across actuarial, risk, and regulatory domains. You’ll shape scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions and drive AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery. You work closely with cross-functional teams to align technology with MetLife’s mission of AI-enabled, people-centered financial services. This is a high-impact leadership position with broad autonomy and long-term technical influence.
