Requirements

My client is looking for a candidate with strong business transformation and ERP implementation experience, together with hands-on functional and process expertise. The focus is on business and process transformation rather than platform migrations., * Enterprise/Solutions Architecture within a large enterprise

Strong ERP implementation and business transformation experience
Oracle Fusion/Oracle Cloud ERP expertise
Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, HR and Tax processes
Acting as a thought leader and subject matter expert (SME) in how Oracle Fusion can optimise, streamline and accelerate core business processes.
Business requirements, process design and fit/gap analysis
Target, transition and solution architecture
Strong senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework
Oracle ERP certification desirable
