Systems Engineering Manager 2

Experteer Overview You will lead and shape a systems engineering section within Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems, guiding 8-15 engineers and aligning work with program goals. The role blends technical SOW work (about 80%) with functional management (about 20%), driving hiring, development, and performance. You will resolve urgent program and technical issues, promote collaboration, and foster an inclusive culture focused on affordability, innovation, and value growth. This is a mission-driven opportunity to impact complex defense programs in a leadership capacity.
