Job description
We’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist to plan, optimize, and report on paid social campaigns primarily in Meta Ads Manager, but may extend to other paid platforms. This role is ideal for someone who has 2+ years of experience working directly inside Meta Ads Manager., * Manage the day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns, primarily in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram)
- Launch paid social campaigns, implement optimizations, and monitor campaign performance
- Support testing initiatives i.e. creative testing and incrementality testing, etc.
- Coordinate and manage organic social media posts
- Lead development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns
- Stay informed on social media platform updates and trends
- Cross collaborate with marketing team to drive revenue growth
- Execute on key projects that will boost social revenue and strategy
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive self-starter with an eagerness to hit the ground running, learn, and test across the paid social space
- Excellent time-management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Highly analytical with an ability to quickly learn new technology platforms
- Build collaborative and supportive relationships with all members of the Marketing team and other key stakeholders
- Self-motivated with an independent drive to improve processes
- A drive to learn and grow constantly and ability to implement new strategies, * 2+ years of hands-on planning and buying experience managing e-commerce sales driven social media campaigns within Meta Ads Manager (primary platform)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
- Familiarity with creative and incrementality testing a plus
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Sprout a plus
- Strong understanding of online metrics (ROAS, CAC, CPA) and analytic tools such as Google Analytics
- Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify performance insights
