Located in New Britain, CT we are a rapidly growing AI start-up that’s helping small and mid-sized businesses adopt AI in practical, meaningful ways. This isn’t about flashy demos or theoretical use cases. It’s about teaching clients how to use AI confidently while building automations that save them real time and solve real business problems.

If you’re the type of person who pays for with Claude Pro, ChatGPT Pro, Cursor, Codex, or other AI tools because you genuinely are curious and enjoy experimenting-not because your employer requires it-you’ll probably really enjoy this opportunity. We’re looking for someone who’s naturally curious, enjoys building things, loves learning new technology, and gets excited about helping others succeed. This role combines AI consulting, implementation, customer success, education, and business development.

We offer, a comprehensive compensation package including but not limited to:

• $85,000-$110,000 base (DOE)
• Performance-based bonuses AND commission opportunities

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with business owners and leadership teams to help them adopt AI across their organizations.
• Design and build AI-powered workflows and automations using modern AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms.
• Teach non-technical users how to confidently use AI in their day-to-day work.
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Stay current on emerging AI tools, models, and best practices.
• Build relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement while contributing to business growth

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
