Software Engineer

The Software Engineer will play a key role in the continued development of the company’s proprietary software platform while helping shape the future of technology across the organization. This position is responsible for designing and developing new software solutions, improving existing systems, identifying opportunities for automation, and evaluating emerging technologies that can create measurable value for the business. • Design, develop, test, and deploy new software features and applications.
• Identify opportunities to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and implement artificial intelligence solutions across multiple areas of the business.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and department managers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and business intelligence solutions.
• Integrate third-party software and APIs where appropriate.
• Maintain system performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
• Coordinate with outside software development resources and technology partners as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Full-Stack software development experience.
• Experience designing and maintaining modern business applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.
• Experience with relational databases and API development.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern development practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience integrating Artificial Intelligence into business applications.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs, and workflow automation.
• Mobile application development experience.
• DevOps and CI/CD experience.
• Experience with data analytics and business intelligence platforms.
• Experience developing enterprise or operations management software.
• Experience working within construction, industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or other operationally focused industries.
