Full-Time Senior IT Network Engineer for a Hospitality IT Integrator

This is a Full-Time position working remotely during Normal Business Hours. The position is responsible for taking Tier II/ III Tickets from one of our clients managed locations, and assisting with Windows Server and Networking Issues, VLAN and Routing Issues, Firewall Management, and deploying new technologies. You are part of a larger IT “Operations” Team that has responsibility for a large group of hotels. Rare Travel.

· IT Infrastructure Product Knowledge including PC and Server Hardware, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Virtual Server Technologies, Network Routing experience, Hypervisor and Virtual Server familiarity

· Home Work Environment with Desk, Workstation, and Reliable Internet connection

· Previous Employment with a Managed Service Provider, or Corporate Helpdesk

· Professional, Reliable, and Detail-oriented

· Must speak English clearly and fluently

· Must be located in CALIFORNIA or TEXAS

Professional skill set must include:

· A CISCO Certification

· FORTINET Experience

· At least One other IT Certification (MCSE, Network Plus, Other)

· Microsoft Windows Server and Networking Skills

· Solid Technical and Interpersonal Skills

· Previous Corporate IT Experience

Personal skill set must include:

· Able to Represent our Organization and Yourself Professionally

· Able to follow defined Checklists and Corporate Processes

· Excellent Communication and Organization Skills

· Reliable Attendance History, * Would you be able to travel on rare occasions?

Experience:

• Computer/ Cisco Networking: 3 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Windows Server: 3 years (Preferred)
