Job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Testing Analyst for a remote opportunity supporting quality assurance and software testing across enterprise applications and technology solutions.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing manual and automated testing strategies, improving test automation coverage, identifying and tracking defects, and helping ensure applications meet business and customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with TOSCA, Selenium, Katalon, SQL, ETL testing, Jenkins, CI/CD, JIRA, Xray, or ALM and will be comfortable working in an Agile environment.
Important Eligibility Requirements:

- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Candidates must be able to receive a favorable interim and final Department of Defense background investigation., * Develop and maintain quality assurance measures and testing standards for new and existing applications.
- Create test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation.
- Execute both manual and automated testing.
- Develop and improve automation testing strategies and increase automated test coverage.
- Perform system, regression, integration, load, acceptance, and performance testing.
- Test web-based applications, APIs, ETL processes, and data integrations.
- Write and execute SQL queries to validate application and data results.
- Identify, document, track, and coordinate resolution of software defects.
- Analyze technical specifications and project documentation to determine testing requirements.
- Work remotely with developers, project managers, business teams, and other QA resources.
- Communicate testing progress, defects, risks, and results to project leadership.
- Participate in Agile Scrum meetings and other project activities.
- Create User Stories and Task Flows as needed.
- Mentor junior testing resources and promote QA best practices.
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of quality assurance, software testing, or related experience.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Katalon, TOSCA, and Selenium.
- 1+ year of experience automating web-based applications and APIs using TOSCA.
- 3+ years of experience with Jenkins and CI/CD tools.
- 3+ years of experience testing ETL processes and writing/executing SQL queries.
- Experience developing and documenting test cases using Xray, ALM, or JIRA.
- Experience establishing QA measures and software testing standards.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- Strong experience with defect tracking and test management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of quality assurance or software testing experience.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Experience developing comprehensive test strategies.
- Experience with AngularJS and Java.
- Advanced knowledge of TOSCA, SQL, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.

Work Environment
This is a remote position requiring the ability to work effectively with distributed technical and business teams. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines, communicating virtually, and working independently.
Benefits & conditions
Periodic evening or weekend work may be required. Travel is not typically expected but may occasionally be necessary.
U.S. Citizenship and the ability to successfully complete a Department of Defense background investigation are mandatory requirements for this position.
Pay: $50.58 - $53.39 per hour
