Job description
We are seeking a Digital Technology Specialist to lead the execution of digital marketing initiatives across our marketing technology stack and paid media channels. This role combines hands-on technical HubSpot expertise and a passion for understanding and utilizing emerging technologies., This role is responsible for evaluating client technology stacks, optimizing digital workflows, implementing automation, and supporting the technical infrastructure behind marketing initiatives. Working across CMS platforms, marketing software, analytics tools, and CRM systems, the specialist will research emerging technologies and industry best practices-including SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)-to improve efficiency and client performance., * Build, launch, and manage marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including email sequences, landing pages, forms, and campaign tracking
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows in HubSpot to support lead nurturing, lifecycle stage transitions, and internal notifications
- Create, segment, and maintain contact lists and databases within HubSpot, ensuring data hygiene and accurate targeting
- Develop, update, and maintain website pages and functionality, including landing pages, forms, and integrations with HubSpot
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to HubSpot integrations, website functionality, and tracking/analytics
- Configure, maintain, and optimize client platforms including CMS, CRM, analytics, and marketing systems
- Evaluate client technology stacks and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and reporting
- Research, test, and evaluate emerging digital marketing technologies, AI tools, and automation platforms
- Stay current with evolving best practices in SEO, AEO, GEO, technical SEO, structured data, and AI-powered search experiences
- Assist with technical implementation of websites, analytics, CRM integrations, marketing automation, and reporting systems
- Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with developers or vendors when advanced technical support is required
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reporting on KPIs such as traffic, conversions, cost-per-lead, and ROI
- Stay current and lead updating employees on platform updates, industry best practices, and emerging digital marketing trends
- Leverage AI in smart and strategic ways to benefit our clients and our internal operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaigns to achieve clients’ business goals
- Utilize the systems in place for managing the workload. Be responsible for documenting and communicating your activity on projects within the project software system
- Maintain a minimum weekly billing of 80% of hours worked per day and a productive non-billable minimum of 10%
- Produce work as needed per project and analyze the effectiveness of the work produced for clients (including InVerve). Work may include writing, executing projects in various software programs, research, analysis, media activities and other tasks as assigned. Submit edited and completed work for approval.
- Interpret, follow, and review documented company processes for potential added effectiveness
- Complete and maintain relevant certifications and participate in training materials suggested in preparation for effectively completing the project and account work. New certifications will be required as new software is utilized by the company and clients
- Be a good steward of the company and its interests. The employee is encouraged to participate in outside activities on behalf of the company where the company pays membership dues. Some of the activities may fall outside of paid business hours

Requirements
Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, technical curiosity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new software platforms. While not a software developer, this role is expected to understand how digital systems integrate, identify opportunities for automation, troubleshoot technical issues, and confidently communicate technical concepts to both internal teams and clients., * 2 or more years of experience working in HubSpot (Marketing Hub required; Sales/Operations Hub a plus)
- Experience working within CMS platforms (HubSpot CMS, WordPress, or similar)
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead scoring, and list segmentation
- Familiarity with tracking tools such as Google Analytics and UTM parameters
- Experience working in AI platforms (specifically Claude, Google Gemini)
- Familiarity and understanding of SEO/AEO/GEO strategies and best practices and ability to advise on how to implement them
- Ability to independently learn new software and quickly become proficient in unfamiliar systems
- Ability to lead clients and work groups through complex project details and strategies
- Participate in meetings as the subject matter expert. Present with confidence and clarity
- Attention to detail and quality control, with ability to self-manage project deadlines and dependencies
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Effective communicator who can collaborate across teams
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
